NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> • <br /> 27. PETITION 43262 by David Krantz, agent for Agnes Krantz to include the following <br /> described land in the R-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North one half of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4, <br /> thence North 16. 5 feet; thence East 206.25 feet; thence North 264 feet; thence <br /> West 206.25 feet; thence North 148.5 feet;thence East 408.4 feet; thence South <br /> 429 feet; thence West 408.4 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will he prepared for approval and recorded.
