PETITION NO. 3245 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DANE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 35 , Town of Dane , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes & Shoreland-Wetland District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 35, thence S 89° 59' 45" E, <br /> 1332.82 feet; thence N 00° 42' 52" E, 1086.10 feet to the point of beginning <br /> of this description. Thence N 85° 42' 04" W, 359.91 feet to the Easterly right- <br /> of-way of Hyslop Road; thence along said right-of-way being the arc of a curve <br /> to the right with a radius of 383.80 feet and a chord bearing N 10° 15' 42" W, <br /> for 209.04 feet; thence N 05° 36' 30" E, 6.68 feet; thence N 89° 50' 58" E, 398.64 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 42' 52" W, 241.94 feet to the point of beginning of this descrip- <br /> tion. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
