It consists of about 400 <br /> acres of mostly vacant land located North of Old Sauk Road, West of the <br /> West Beltline. <br /> There are two residents living in this area at this time. <br /> This territory is subject to all rules, regulations, and ordinances <br /> governing said District in the City of Madison. You are hereby <br /> requested to furnish the usual municipal services to this area, upon <br /> receipt of this notice.
