<br /> located south of Deer Run Rd. and East of Cleveland Rd. (E2 NE4 of Section 13) in
<br /> the Town of Cross Plains, to Deer Run Heights. We are especially concerned that
<br /> this proposal has been pursued without prior contact with or input from the
<br /> residents living in the area to which the new development presumably is to be
