<br /> 1 Part of the E 1/2 of Section 30 Town of Rutland as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing
<br /> at the North quarter corner of said Section 30; thence S 01° 32 ' 42" E, 1988.24
<br /> feet, along the North-South quarter line, to the point of beginning. Thence N 87°
