Hwy. B in <br /> the township of Christiana. We request a change in zoning from C-1 <br /> commercial, to a limited use C-2 commercial for the purpose of conducting <br /> an automobile sales and service business. <br /> The activities and land uses we require are as follows. <br /> (1 ) BUSINESS ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE BUILDING <br /> New and used auto and light truck sales <br /> Major repairs on motor vehicles <br /> Motor parts storage and sales <br /> Auto body shop and spray booth <br /> Tire and radiator repair <br /> Welding and repair of farm equipment <br /> Light manufacturing of small trailers, trailer hitches, boat lifts, etc. <br /> (2) BUSINESS ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE BUILDING <br /> Auto sales storage and display for fifteen (15) vehicles <br /> Auto fuel sales pumps and ingreund storage <br /> Access driveways shown on lot plan <br /> (3) ACCESSORY BUILDING AND STORAGE <br /> A fenced area ( heighth to be determined ) described on tie lot <br /> plan, for items needing repairs, said lot will be locked and <br /> items inside shall not be visable from surrounding area. <br /> A 20x 50 (approx.) steel shed (Tracts type) for covered storage, <br /> see lot plan for location. <br />
