The necessity for the additional thirty <br /> feet is because of the extra building setback required along county trunk <br /> highways. <br /> We therefore would like to amend the zoning petition to read as follows : <br /> "A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of <br /> the SE 1/4 of Section 32, T6N, R11E, Town of Pleasant Springs, Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows : <br /> Commencing at the East one-quarter corner of said Section 32; thence <br /> N 90°00'00" W, 1 ,253.54 feet; thence S 00°00'00" W, 113.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00°00'00' W, 187.38 feet; <br /> thence N 90°00'00" W, 362.79 feet; thence N 00°00'00" W, 187.38 feet <br /> to the Southerly right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway B; thence <br /> N 90°00'00" E, 362.79 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Said parcel contains 1 .56 acres. <br /> This, in essence, adds an additional thirty feet to the South edge of the <br /> lot as described previously, making the lot 187.38 feet from County Trunk <br /> Highway B, instead of the 157.38 feet as previously requested.
