ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3295 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MIDDLETON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended <br /> to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes district <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Middleton described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 6, thence S 00° 06' 49" W 66 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence along the boundary of CSM 4391 the following <br /> courses: S89° 31' 10" E, 1005.43 feet, parallel to and 66 feet from the North <br /> line of Section 6; thence S 23° 22 ' W, 320.27 feet; thence S 35° 00' E, 255.26 <br /> feet; thence S 55° 00' 21" W, 300.76 feet; thence S 79° 04' 42" W, 90.84 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 21' 12" E, 194. 51 feet; thence departing from said Certified Survey <br /> boundary S 00° 21' 12" E, 600 feet; thence West 700 feet; thence N 00° 06' 49" E, <br /> 1400 feet along the West line of Section 6 and the centerline of Enchanted Valley <br /> Road to the point of beginning. <br /> 'his description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
