A copy of the recorded survey was not submitted to <br /> our department, subsequent review of another zoning petition in the same <br /> area focused attention on your rezone and survey. We discovered that <br /> your survey had been recorded but Lot #4 with only 3.09 acres does not <br /> comply with the minimum lot size of 4 acres required in the RH-2 District. <br /> Please be advised that this discrepancy must be corrected. You Have <br /> two options: <br /> 1) . Rezone of Lot #4 to an appropriate district eg. RH-1 or, <br /> 2) .
