PI III ION NO, •lc /(1 • <br /> PLIITION 10 CHANGE 1HE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY HOARD Of SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 27 , Town of Albion , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture Exclusive District to the <br /> C-2 Commercial District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 27 Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Albion Road and the East-West <br /> quarter line of said Section 27; thence Westerly along said East-West quarter line <br /> 733' more or less; thence Northerly 600 feet more or less; thence Easterly 235' <br /> more or less to the centerline of Albion Road; thence South Easterly along the <br /> centerline of Albion Road to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
