DATE: 7/10/84 <br /> RE: REZONING OF ACREAGE IN ROXBURRY TOWNSHIP (J'NED BY LA VERNE GRETBER <br /> Mr Gree.iber's parcel of land is 120+ acres of land as described in old <br /> petition number 3217 including a house, garage, corn cribs, large modern <br /> machine shed, two cilos, one bottom unloader, a dairy barn with milk house, <br /> a poultry house and a feedlot. The property has been in the Greiber family for <br /> a number of generations and was used as a dairy farm until recently. In the <br /> past few years, the land has been leased along with the feedlot to neighboring <br /> farmers. Now Mr. Greiber wishes to sell the farmstead, feedlot and 27 acres to <br /> Mr. Fleming who currently rents the farmstead.
