S:30/ <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CO'] AGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY HOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 32, Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 32 Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North to a point <br /> 561 feet South of the Northwest corner of the said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North- <br /> easterly 530 feet more or less to the highway right-of-way; thence Southeasterly <br /> along USH 12-18 right-of-way 420 feet more or less; thence South 410 feet more or <br /> less along the East line of the said W 1/2, NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence West 39 feet <br /> more or less; thence Southwesterly 670 feet more or less to point on the South <br /> line of the said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 which is 528 feet East of the point of beginning; <br /> thence West 528 feet to the point of beginning.
