• <br /> PETITION NO. 33o7 'I f <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WINDSOR <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 32, Town of Windsor , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture District to the <br /> • <br /> C-2 Commercial District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South one quarter corner of Section 32, thence N 00° 06' 23" .=< <br /> W 176 feet to the North right-of-way of STH 19; thence S 89° 34' W 1320.19 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 06' 23" E 550 feet; thence S 89° 34' West <br /> 400 feet; thence S 00° 06' 23" W 595.11 feet to the North right-of-way line of <br /> STH 19; thence N 83° 02' E 371.9 feet.; thence N 89° 34' E 30.8 feet more or less <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
