Ground sign: <br /> Section 10.82(2)A ground sign located on the premises of an existing business and whose bottom edge is less than <br /> 6 feet above ground level shall be set back 30 feet from the right-of-way line for Glenn Drive. <br /> Section 10.77(5)No sign may block or interfere with the visibility for ingress or egress of a driveway. All signs, <br /> except auxiliary signs,that are adjacent to driveway ingress or egress, shall provide a minimum of 6 feet of <br /> clearance between ground level and the bottom edge of the sign. <br /> Section 10.75 (5)For ground mounted signs,except billboards,directory or pylon signs,the height shall be <br /> measured from ground level beneath the sign to the top edge of the sign. <br /> Section 10.74(5)Ground on premise signs shall have a maximum size of 32 square feet where the speed limit on the <br /> adjacent highway is 35 miles per hour or less, 64 square feet where the maximum permissible speed on the adjacent <br /> highway is between 36 and 45 miles per hour, and 96 square feet where the speed limit on the adjacent highway is <br /> more than 45 miles per hour.
