Currently the sign <br /> is not in the required set back of 5' from the property line. <br /> We will be relocating the sign so that it is installed and is 5' back from the property line. When the project is complete <br /> we will have the sign surveyed to confirm <br /> and show the new set back. My questions is, can I begin the work now and when the work is complete apply for the <br /> permit, submitting the surveyed document? <br /> Attached is the artwork for the work that we will be doing.
