CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 1) Amend the site plan to straighten fence line in front of boat storage building, clarify that slatted fencing is only required at the northwest corner of the property, state that area east of the creek is for boat hoist and trailer storage only. 2) Deed restriction for the area east of the creek allowing no buildings. 3) Removal of concrete slab east of the creek within 1 year of approval of re-zone application. 4) Hours of operation restricted to: • Monday-Friday 8 am to 6 pm Saturday 8am to 5 pm Sun _ - / Maximum number of employees 20 full time equivalent. 6) Allowed to maintain existing lighted sign on Hwy 51.
