BILL FLECK <br /> RE: Petition #3310, Proposed Rezoning <br /> Dear Mr. Fleck: <br /> Please be advised that I am adamantly opposed to changing the zoning <br /> from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Residential for the property described <br /> in petition #3310 located in the Town of Westport. <br /> I own property just across from the petitioners property and I do <br /> not wish to see any further development in this area particularly <br /> when it means the loss of prime agricultural land. <br /> Single family home construction in this area over the past few years <br /> has been a major factor adversely affecting Six Mile Creek with <br /> large amounts of sediment deposits. A dredged out portion of <br /> Six Mile Creek has already filled in by about 50% of the depth that <br /> it was eight years ago when I purchased my property. <br /> A visual inspection of the petitioners property and its proximity <br /> to Six Mile Creek would show you the seriousness of this erosion <br /> and runoff problem. <br /> I ask that the Zoning Committee deny the change requested in <br /> petition #3310 and the property stay A-l. <br /> Thank you. <br /> (;117X1/4 <br /> Arthur R.
