ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #3310 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended <br /> to include in the R-1 Residence district <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 16; thence N 00° 25' 17" <br /> W, 50.29 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S 89° 49' 27" E 625 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 16' 10" E 200 feet; thence S 89° 43' 50" W, 625 feet; thence S 00° 25' 17" <br /> E, 200.00 feet. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br /> survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br /> #545-11 (2/78) <br />
