TO CHANGE THE 7ONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SUN PRAT!I1: TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD or SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 32 , Town of Sun Prairie , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the R-1 Residence & RH-4 Rural Homes District. Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32 Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: To R^1 : Commencing at the East quarter corner; thence South 500 more or less feet along the East line of Section 32, thence West 1050 more or less feet parallel to the East-West quarter line to the point of beginning. Thence continue West 300 more or less feet thence south 750 more or less along the West right-of-way line of Alvin Road; thence East 300 more or less feet along the North right-of-way line of CTH "TT" ; then'ce North 750 more or less feet to the point of beginning. TO PH-4: Commencing at the East quarter corner; thence South 500 feet along the East line of Section 32, to the point of beginning. Thence West 1150 feet parallel to the East-West quarter line, thence South 750 feet parallel to the right-of-way of Alvin Road, thence East 1150 feet along the Nort 41110111of CTH "TT"; thence North 700 feet along the East line of Section 32 to the point of beginnin L1 € This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
