PETITION NO. .5 _3/ <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VERMONT <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> • <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 26 , Town of Vermont , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-] Exclu sivP Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 26 Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 26; thence Westerly <br /> 576. 4 feet to point of beginning; thence continue Westerly 730 feet; thence S 20° <br /> W 750 feet; thence Westerly 100 feet; thence S 15° W 500 feet more or less; thence <br /> S 60° E 450 feet more or less to centerline; thence Northeasterly along centerline <br /> 350 feet more or less; thence North 680 feet more or less; thence N 50° E 750 feet <br /> more or less to point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
