It is my understanding, in speaking with Robert Elkin of Burse Engineering and Kean <br /> Kemnitz of Professional Consultants, Inc.;both agents for Stone Racing Investments,that you <br /> require a letter from me stating that I am aware of and support the issuance of this permit. Stone <br /> Racing Investments, LLC currently has a contract with myself for purchase of the property and <br /> one of the contingencies in the offer is the issuance of the Dane County zoning permit. I, <br /> therefore,am fully aware and do want the permit issued. I also understand that it may be <br /> necessary to issue the permit in my name in lieu of Stone Racing Investments and that is <br /> acceptable to all parties. Whichever method you choose would be acceptable to us and will get <br /> us to the same desired end. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. I will be unavailable for a while.
