Each comment heading relates to an item on the Dane <br /> County Checklist. <br /> 1. Description of How the Site Is To Be Developed <br /> For this report, a construction start date of September 15, 2008 was assumed. <br /> A completion date of September 15, 2009 was also assumed. All erosion <br /> tos <br /> control measures will be installed at the beginning of the construction <br /> operations. <br /> 2. Drawing of Site <br /> The Grading and Erosion Control Plan, Exhibit #3, shows the property lines, <br /> limits of disturbed area, land cover type, natural and artificial water features, <br /> and the location of all proposed erosion control practices for the site. <br /> 3. Direction of Flow of Runoff <br /> In general, the existing and proposed runoff drains from the west to east <br /> towards Lake Koshkonong. <br /> 4. Watershed Size for Each Drainage Area <br /> The drainage area is approximately 0.5 acres. <br /> 5. Provisions to Prevent Mud-tracking Off-site onto Public Thoroughfares <br /> The stone construction entrance will be maintained by the contractor in a <br /> condition which will prevent the track of mud or dry sediment onto the <br /> adjacent public streets. Sediment reaching the public road shall be removed <br /> by street cleaning (not hydraulic flushing)before the end of each workday. <br /> a <br /> 6. Provisions to Prevent the Delivery of Sediment to the Stormwater System <br /> There are no storm sewer inlets on site and the erosion control measures will <br /> prevent sediment from discharging to stormwater facilities. <br /> 7. Minimize Sheet and Rill Erosion to 7.5 Tons/Acre/Year <br /> Universal Soil Loss Equation worksheets have been prepared and are included <br /> as Exhibit #4.
