Effective February 13, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11049 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Pleasant Springs Location: Section 10 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(4) <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 'A of Section 10, T.6N., R.11E., Town of Pleasant Springs, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the West'A corner of <br /> Section 10; thence N00°21'23"E, 1143.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> N00°21'23"E, 1070 feet; thence S87°00'12"E, 467 feet;thence S24°22'05"E, 1148 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. The above described containing 5.7 acres more or less. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1. The Certified Survey Map must show the driveway for the lot and also the field <br /> access route to the 46.3 acres to the east. <br /> 2. Language shall be added to the proposed CSM for Town approval. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcels 0611-102-9000-4 and 0611-103- <br /> 8500-0 to prohibit further residential development on the remaining A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture zoned land. The housing density rights for the original farm have been <br /> exhausted. <br /> Continued... <br />
