The engineering has been found to conform to Dane County Code of Ordinance, <br /> Chapter 17, Floodplain Regulations. The filling and the grading shall comply with the submitted plan dated August <br /> 28, 2008. <br /> Fill shall be placed to the elevation of 785.2 feet ASL from the edge of the residential structure to a point at least 15 <br /> feet away from the structure wherever practical. <br /> When the project is completed, your engineer will be required to submit an "as built"survey of the property within <br /> 30 days of the completion date designating: <br /> ❑ First Floor elevation of the residential building <br /> ❑ Elevation of the fill that is located 15 feet around the residential structure. <br /> Land disturbance shall not occur until a Shoreland Erosion Control Permit is issued by Dane County Land <br /> Conservation.
