While a deck may be <br /> allowed, there is no permit that I was able to find in our records. Here's the best way <br /> to remedy this potential violation of the Dane County Zoning Code: Please submit a <br /> "to-scale" drawing of the deck and include an elevation drawing, and complete the <br /> Zoning Permit Application, included for your convenience. <br /> When I have received the scaled drawing, and the completed Zoning Permit <br /> Application, I'll review the submittal, and contact you for completing the process. <br /> The plan should include the size of the deck, and any steps or stairs. <br /> If you are able to have full submittal and approval of the application, and made <br /> full payment, I'll ensure that no citations for violation are written. I'll expect <br /> submittal by August 28, 2008, and full payment within 5 days of my approval of the <br /> application. <br /> You may mail your information to me in the SASE.
