PFTITION NO. `/ PETITION TO CHANGE 1HE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF vvI;uNA TO TIIF DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPCRVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 13 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Fx. Agriculture District to the R-1 Residence District. Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Verona described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Nesbitt Road; said point also being 289.80 feet South of and 975. 71 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Sec- tion 13; thence Southwesterly, 180.96 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a central angle of 10° 54' 50" and a radius of 950.00 feet, said arc also being the centerline of Nesbitt Road, the long chord of which bears South 38° 45' 30" West, 180. 68 feet ; thence South 33° 18' 05" West, 26.43 feet along the centerline of Nesbitt Road; thence North 56° 41' 55" West, 227.83 feet; thence North 33° 18' 05" East, 169.82 feet; thence South 65° 10' 00" East, 247.72 feet to the point of beginning. 'Phis description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map . will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- fied survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
