Request to Board of Adjustment for waiver of 1 year re-submittal period <br /> based on evidence that there is sufficient hardship for the Board to per- <br /> mit re-application. (And actual application made as well) . <br /> It is of the utmost urgency that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
