ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2943 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MADISON The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison — be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: Part of Lot ##3, Block #2 , Jacobs and Barker's Subdivision , Section 3(i, 'Town of Madison described as follows: Beginning at .the Southwest corner of said Lot #3 ; thence North along the Went lot line to the South line o1 II.;;,II . l :'.-let; thence Northeasterly along the South right-of-way line, 185 feet, more or less; thence South to a point on the North line of East Badger Road which is 171 feet East of the SW corner of Lot #3; thence West, 12 feet; thence North, 132 feet; thence West, 126 feet; thence South, 132 feet; thence West, 33 feet to the point of be- ginning. This amendment will become effective, if within sixty (60) days following adop- tion by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land. The permitted uses on the premises shall be: those permitted uses in the C-1 Commercial District; the storage or processing of scrap or waste materials con- ducted entirely within a building; sales, parking or storage of new or used motor vehicles subject to the following conditions: not more than four vehicles for sale shall be kept on the premises at any one time. All such vehicles shall be in operable condition and shall be only antique or collector cars, as defined under the licensing regulations of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Vehicles shall be displayed for sale only during business hours. At all other times said vehicles shall be kept under roof or under protective canopy. The re- sidential use authorized by Conditional Use Permit #255 as approved by the Com- mittee on March 23, 1982 shall be permitted to continue. EFFECTIVE: JAN. I 1983 DOCUMENT #1766527
