ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2943 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MADISON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison — be <br /> amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of Lot ##3, Block #2 , Jacobs and Barker's Subdivision , Section 3(i, 'Town of <br /> Madison described as follows: Beginning at .the Southwest corner of said Lot #3 ; <br /> thence North along the Went lot line to the South line o1 II.;;,II . l :'.-let; thence <br /> Northeasterly along the South right-of-way line, 185 feet, more or less; thence <br /> South to a point on the North line of East Badger Road which is 171 feet East of <br /> the SW corner of Lot #3; thence West, 12 feet; thence North, 132 feet; thence <br /> West, 126 feet; thence South, 132 feet; thence West, 33 feet to the point of be- <br /> ginning. <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within sixty (60) days following adop- <br /> tion by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land <br /> shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well <br /> as the owners of the land. <br /> The permitted uses on the premises shall be: those permitted uses in the C-1 <br /> Commercial District; the storage or processing of scrap or waste materials con- <br /> ducted entirely within a building; sales, parking or storage of new or used motor <br /> vehicles subject to the following conditions: not more than four vehicles for <br /> sale shall be kept on the premises at any one time. All such vehicles shall be <br /> in operable condition and shall be only antique or collector cars, as defined <br /> under the licensing regulations of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. <br /> Vehicles shall be displayed for sale only during business hours. At all other <br /> times said vehicles shall be kept under roof or under protective canopy. The re- <br /> sidential use authorized by Conditional Use Permit #255 as approved by the Com- <br /> mittee on March 23, 1982 shall be permitted to continue. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JAN.
