AMENDMENT <br /> OF <br /> DEED RESTRICTIONS <br /> The undersigned Owner, whether one or more, having on the day <br /> of , 19 recorded deed restrictions <br /> (hereinafter referred to as restrictions) at Volume <br /> of Records at page number as Document number <br /> the same being applicable to the following described land in the Town <br /> of , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> And the said Owner desiring to amend the original restrictions, the said <br /> restrictions having been placed for public benefit to bind the owner and <br /> the Owner's heirs, successors, and assigns, and all persons holding <br /> under them or any of them, and the beneficiaries thereof as represented <br /> by the County of Dane elected officials having consented to these <br /> amendments hereinafter set forth, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the additional mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the owner or owners and those ,who may hereafter <br /> purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of the <br /> original restrictions and the consent of the County of Dane, the <br /> following Amendments are made to the original restrictions: <br /> The original restrictions, incorporated herein by reference, <br /> together with these amendments shall constitute covenants running with <br /> the land, and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of <br /> said land, their successors, heirs and assigns and all parties holding <br /> under them. Except as amended herein, the original restrictions shall <br /> continue in full force and effect. <br /> The original restrictions as amended by this instrument shall be <br /> enforceable in the same manner and by the same parties as the original <br /> restrictions. <br />
