ZONING AMENDMENT NO. 3341/2943 <br /> Amending of the incorporated deed restriction relating to property located in the <br /> Town of: Madison <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that the deed restriction incor- <br /> porated as part of Zoning Amendment # 2943 and filed with the Dane County Re- <br /> gister of Deeds, Doc. # 1766527 Pg. # 77 Vol . # 4177 <br /> be amended to read as follows: <br /> The permitted uses on the premises shall be: <br /> 1) . All C-1 permitted uses in effect on November 20, 1984. <br /> 2) . The storage or processing of scrap or waste materials conducted entirely <br /> within a building. <br /> 3) . Sales and parking or storage of new or used motor vehicles. <br /> 4) . All such vehicles shall be in operable condition. <br /> 5) . Not more than 4 vehicles for sale or storage, may be kept on the premises at <br /> one time. <br /> 6) .
