An agreement signed by Mr. Rowley that is <br /> acceptable to the Jaggi family regarding the <br /> proposed salvage yard area; <br /> 2. A delayed effective date on the proposed re- <br /> zoning to A-2 to RH-3 with final approval and <br /> recording to be contingent on acceptance by the <br /> Town of Verona of a preliminary plat for the <br /> proposed divisions of the Jaggi land; <br /> 3. Conditions place by Dane County on the proposed <br /> salvage yard as follows : <br /> 1. ) Site to be enclosed by a woven wire <br /> containment fence, <br /> 2. ) No stacking of vehicles and materials so <br /> as to be visible from surrounding prop- <br /> erties or the road, <br /> 3. ) A single access from Spring Rose Rd . <br /> acceptable to the Town of Verona, <br /> 4. ) No operation after daylight hours or <br /> on Sunday, <br /> 5 . ) No storage of inoperative vehicles, junk <br /> or other materials beyond the boundaries <br /> of the salvage yard enclosure, <br /> 6. ) Storage of collector vehicles to be <br /> limited to a z acre site adjacent to <br /> the salvage yard, with site to be desig- <br /> nated by the town board, <br /> 7. ) No mechanical, auto repair, or body work <br /> to be permormed on the premises, <br /> 8. ) An improved entrance road to prevent <br /> carrying of mud onto Spring Rose Road, <br /> 9. ) A recorded deed restriction to assure <br /> that in the event the operation ceases, <br /> there would be a petition submittal <br /> to change the zoning back to A-1 exclusive , <br /> 10. ) No use of remainder of property except <br /> those uses legally allowed in the A-1 <br /> Exclusive District, <br /> 11. ) An approved soil erosion control plan <br /> for salvage yard and adjacent area. <br />
