An agreement signed by Mr. Rowley that is acceptable to the Jaggi family regarding the proposed salvage yard area; 2. A delayed effective date on the proposed re- zoning to A-2 to RH-3 with final approval and recording to be contingent on acceptance by the Town of Verona of a preliminary plat for the proposed divisions of the Jaggi land; 3. Conditions place by Dane County on the proposed salvage yard as follows : 1. ) Site to be enclosed by a woven wire containment fence, 2. ) No stacking of vehicles and materials so as to be visible from surrounding prop- erties or the road, 3. ) A single access from Spring Rose Rd . acceptable to the Town of Verona, 4. ) No operation after daylight hours or on Sunday, 5 . ) No storage of inoperative vehicles, junk or other materials beyond the boundaries of the salvage yard enclosure, 6. ) Storage of collector vehicles to be limited to a z acre site adjacent to the salvage yard, with site to be desig- nated by the town board, 7. ) No mechanical, auto repair, or body work to be permormed on the premises, 8. ) An improved entrance road to prevent carrying of mud onto Spring Rose Road, 9. ) A recorded deed restriction to assure that in the event the operation ceases, there would be a petition submittal to change the zoning back to A-1 exclusive , 10. ) No use of remainder of property except those uses legally allowed in the A-1 Exclusive District, 11. ) An approved soil erosion control plan for salvage yard and adjacent area.
