Agriculture District to the A-2 Agriculture & RH-3 Rural Homes District. Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Montrose: TO A-2: Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Verona described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest; corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 thence Easterly 400 feet along North line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence South 410 feet to the point of beginning. Thence East 300 feet, thence South 450 feet; thence West 300 feet, thence North 450 feet to point of beginning.
