Effective July 19, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10965 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Blue Mounds Location: Section 13 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> LC-1 to C r <br /> PART OF THE SE X OF THE NE%OF SECTION 13, TOWN 6 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, TOWN <br /> OF BLUE MOUNDS, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> COMMENCING AT THE EAST%CORNER OF SAID SECTION 13; THENCE ALONG THE EAST <br /> LINE OF THE SE%OF THE NE%OF SECTION 13, N°00 13'24"E, 28.64 FEET; THENCE N <br /> 89°46'36" W, 96.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 04°27'45" W, 50.00 <br /> FEET; THENCE S 85°32'15" W, 50.00 FEET; THENCE S 04°27'45"E, 50.00 FEET; THENCE N <br /> 85°32'15"E, 50.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> SAID PARCEL CONTAINS 2,500 SQUARE FEET OR 0.06 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to prohibit the <br /> construction of any new structures for the purposes of off-premise advertising <br /> signs within the C-2 Commercial zoning boundary. Off-premise advertising is <br /> limited to paintings on the existing silo. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board(s) as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to <br /> record the restriction(s) will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the <br /> recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
