• <br /> PETITION NO. 3 3 y / T <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLACK EARTH / <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: /Z/ Ii/8 <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 25, Town of Black Earth , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 25; thence N 00° 02' 09" W, <br /> 1634.50 feet along the East line of the SE 1/4 to a point in the centerline of <br /> Kahl Road and the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly, 151.13 feet along the <br /> arc of a curve to the right having a central angle of 11° 32 ' 45" and a radius of <br /> 750.00 feet, said arc also being the centerline of Kahl Road, the long chord of <br /> which bears S 59° 53' 38" W, 150.88 feet; thence S 65° 40' 00" W, 14.16 feet along <br /> the centerline of Kahl Road; thence N 00° 02 ' 09" W, 425.02 feet; thence N 73° 00' <br /> 00" E, 150.00 feet to a point in the East line of said SE 1/4; thence S 00° 02' 09" <br /> E, 387.36 feet along the East line of said SE 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
