Thus , <br /> the requested zoning change would result in a permitted use of <br /> the subject property which would be consistent with the use of <br /> the neighboring properties. <br /> The approximately 4 3/4 lots owned by the Von Rutenbergs would <br /> accommodate at least four single-family dwellings under the R-3 <br />
