It is clear that two separate 1 acre parcels have existed continuously <br /> since at least 1955 with the recording of a Warranty Deed in Volume 634 at Page 387, <br /> Dane County Registry, and most recently with the recording of a Warranty Deed in <br /> R4555 at Page 8, Dane County Registry.
