A,1i ienl l ure District to the RE-1 Recreation District. Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 15 and Part N 1/2 SW 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 14 Town of Verona described as follows : PARCEL A: Part NE 1/4 SW 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 14, Town of Verona. Commencing at North right-of-way line of Military Ridge Trail (former railroad right-of-way) and Wet<'rly right -of-way of C"I'II PP; thence Northerly along West right-of-way CTH PB 625 feet; thence Westerly, perpendicular to said right-of-way 280 feet; thence Southerly parallel to said right-of-way 375 feet; thence Easterly, perpendicular to said right-of-way 140 feet; thence Southerly, parallel to said right-of-way 300 feet to Northerly right-of-way of Military Ridge Trail; thence Easterly along said right-of- way 140 feet to the point of beginning.
