Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 17; thence N 89° 51' 29" E, <br /> along the North line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4, 493. 59 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continue N 89° 51' 29" E along said North line 420 feet; thence S 00° 20' 00" <br /> E, 210 feet; thence S 89° 45' 00" W, 420 feet;-thence N 00° 20' 00" W, 210 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
