PETITION NO. .336 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MEDINA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 3 , Town of Medina , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes, R-1A Residential, C-1 District. <br /> Commercial <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the point 250 feet more or less West of the Northeast <br /> corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence West to the Northwest corner of said quarter <br /> quarter; thence South along the West line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4, 429 feet more or <br /> less; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of said quarter quarter <br /> to West right-of-way STH 73; thence North along said West right-of-way 66 feet; <br /> thence West 350 feet more or less; thence North 100 feet; thence East 100 feet more <br /> or less; thence North 263 feet more or less to the point of beginning. TO R-1A: <br /> Commencing at the point on East line 160 feet South of the Northeast corner of said <br /> SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence 250 feet more or less West; thence 203 feet South; thence 250 <br /> feet more or less East; thence 203 feet North on East line to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-1: Commencing at the point on the East line 363 feet South of the Northeast <br /> corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence West 280 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> North 100 feet more or less; thence West 100 feet more or less; thence South 100 feet <br /> more or less; thence East 100 feet more or less; to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
