SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br /> I, DANIEL A. PAULSON, Registered Land Surveyor, DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br /> that by the order of JAMES PULVERMACHER, I have surveyed, monumented and <br /> mapped a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE-1/4 <br /> SE-1/4) of Section 5 and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE-1/4 <br /> NE-1/4) of Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 8 East, Town of Springfield, Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> "Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 5; thence North <br /> 1°29'17" East along the east line of the Southeast Quarter (SE-1/4) <br /> of said Section 5, 814.41 feet to the south line of CSM No. 2997; <br /> thence North 75°27'23" West along the south line of said CSM No. <br /> 2997, 349.54 feet; thence continuing along the southerly line of <br /> said CSM No. 2997 North 40°05'00" West, 83.00 feet to the centerline <br /> of CTH "P"; thence South 50°24'03" West along said centerline of <br /> CTH "P", 218.46 feet to the northeasterly corner of lands as surveyed <br /> by Robert Bruce in 1975; thence South 1°35'34" East (recorded as <br /> South 2°01'26" East) along the east line of said lands as surveyed <br /> by Robert Bruce in 1975, 728.29 feet to the centerline of USH "12" and <br /> STH "19"; thence South 72 038'40" East along the centerline of USH <br /> "12" and STH "19," 541.14 feet to the east line of the Northeast Quar- <br /> ter (NE-1/4) of said Section 8; thence North 2°00'15" East along <br /> said east line of the Northeast Quarter (NE-1/4) of Section 8, 63.30 <br /> feet to the Point of Beginning. Excepting the northwesterly 40 feet <br /> for CTH "P" road right-of-way and the southerly 33 feet for USH "12" <br /> and STH "19" road right-of-way. Containing 10.65 acres (464,080 <br /> square feet) more or less, including said road rights-of-ways and <br /> 10.03 acres (436,800 square feet) more or less; excluding said mad <br /> rights-of-ways." <br /> I DO FURTHER CERTIFY that this is a correct representation of the <br /> boundaries of the land surveyed and that I have fully complied with the provi- <br /> sions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Dane County Ordinance <br /> in surveying and mapping the same. <br /> PRELftwilia <br /> Daniel A.
