• PETITION NO. 33 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section j, Town of Springfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8 Town of Spring- field described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence North 01° 29' 17" East 814.41 feet, thence North 75° 27' 23" West 349.54 feet; thence North 40° 05' 00" West, 83: 00 feet to the centerline of CTH P; thence South 50° 24' 03" West along said centerline 218.46 feet, thence South 01° 35' 34" East 728.29 feet to the centerline of USH 12 and STH 19; thence South 72° 38' 40" East along the centerline of USH 12 and STH 19, 541.14 feet to the East line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 8; thence North 02° 00' 15" East along said East line of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, 63.30 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- fied survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
