/41114 DANE COUNTY <br /> ( Land Regulation & Records Zoning Division <br /> 608/266-4266 <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> *co so_= <br /> Mad ison,Wisconsin 53709 <br /> March 19, 1985 <br /> Dave Ripp <br /> Clerk, Town of Springfield <br /> 7220 Hwy. 19 <br /> Waunakee, WI 53597 <br /> Dear Dave, <br /> Received your letter dated March 5, 1985 pertaining to James Pulvermacher's <br /> zoning and land division - SEQ - Section 5. <br /> I am somewhat confused; zoning had not received any communication of town <br /> action by the time of the public hearing. Mr. Pulvermacher was advised <br /> by the Agriculture, Environment & Land Records Committee Chairman Judy <br /> Rendall that the Committee would not act on his petition until we had <br /> heard from the Town Board. Your Town Board action form was received Jan- <br /> uary 17, 1985, the form was properly completed. The Committee on January <br /> 22, 1985 recommended approval of the petition and the County Board approved <br /> it on February 7, 1985 subject to the filing of a certified survey. As <br /> far as zoning is concerned everything is in order and we are just waiting <br /> for the survey to be filed. <br /> The land division may have caused some of the confusion. I checked with <br /> Norbert Scribner, Plat and Certified Survey Review, he stated that there <br /> were a couple of problems and additional communication with Mr. <br /> Pulvermacher, but, everything has been resolved and is well on the way <br /> to completion. <br /> If you have any questions, regarding zoning please contact me. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> • William Fleck, <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> WF:klw <br />
