P 1 1 11 10N NO. > <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> ( 1IJri: I'IAll/1 <br /> 10 1 Hr I►ANr COMM Y HOAlti► 01 SI IPI ItV I SO S <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> • <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 13, Town of c:Jlr.int i,ana , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture Exclusive District to the <br /> RFt-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part: of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest cornier of said Section 13; thence North on the Sec- <br /> tion line, 1303 feet more or less to the centerline of Gill Road; thence East <br /> along said centerline, 700 feet. more or less to the point of beginning; thence <br /> South parallel to the Section line, 470.5 feet more or less; thence East, 660 feet <br /> more or less to the East line of said W 1/2 SW 1/4; thence North on the East line <br /> of said W 1/2, 730 feet more or less; thence West, 370 feet more or less; thence <br /> South 260 feet more or less to the centerline of said Gill Road; thence West along <br /> said centerline, 290 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
