Part: of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest cornier of said Section 13; thence North on the Sec- tion line, 1303 feet more or less to the centerline of Gill Road; thence East along said centerline, 700 feet. more or less to the point of beginning; thence South parallel to the Section line, 470.5 feet more or less; thence East, 660 feet more or less to the East line of said W 1/2 SW 1/4; thence North on the East line of said W 1/2, 730 feet more or less; thence West, 370 feet more or less; thence South 260 feet more or less to the centerline of said Gill Road; thence West along said centerline, 290 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the, Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
