Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Westport, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 89° 58' 30" E, <br /> 212.42 feet; thence N 00° 07' E, 312.0 feet; thence N 89° 58' 30" W 212.42 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 07' W along West line to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
