This will include collection, storage <br /> and disposal of the waste. When a storage structure • <br /> is involved, an operation and maintenance plan shall <br /> be developed. <br /> I have enclosed copies of our standards and specifica- <br /> tions on Waste Management System ( 312) , Waste Storage <br /> Pond (425) , and Waste Utilization ( 633) . These <br /> cover most of the process involved in developing a <br /> proper waste management system. <br /> Regarding the installation of a storage pond, we can <br /> provide engineering assistance for design. The <br /> landowner would have to arrange for proper soils <br /> investigation of the site.
