During that time we discussed that the shredders you operate with were <br /> down and that was the reason salvage had piled up in multiple locations on the property. Our verbal agreement was <br /> that within two weeks the property would again be in compliance with the Dane County Code of Ordinances as well <br /> as the conditions issued to you in CUP 1692(see attached). <br /> I conducted a site inspection on September 15,2008 and observed that the piles of salvage had been reduced from <br /> those on my September 4,2008 visit. It appears that if you continue to progress you should have the ability to be in <br /> compliance by September 30,2008. My next site inspection will be conducted on October 1,2008.
