DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8090 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 8090/1692 <br /> Part of Lot#2, CSM#8577, located in the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of <br /> Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 13; thence S00°57'06"East, along the North-South quarter line of said Section <br /> 13, 639.55 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot#2 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue S00°57'06" East, along the East line of asid Lot#2, 1101.01 feet; thence <br /> S82°10'57" West, 837.12 feet; thence S46°38'47" West, 172.23 feet to the Northeast line <br /> of County Highway AB, thence N43°03'14"West, along said Northeast line, 100.00 feet; <br /> thence N45°30'44"East, along the Northwest line of said Lot#2, 818.89 feet; thence <br /> N04°49'35" West, along the West line of said Lot#2, 678.32 feet; thence N88°46'36" <br /> East, along the North line of said Lot#2, 477.61 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot <br /> #2 and the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
