PETITION NO. : 2;815' <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BERRY <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board ' <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 9 , Town of Berry , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture - Wetlands District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NE i/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 9; thence North 89° 55' <br /> 47" West, 384.55 feet along the North line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 9 <br /> to the point of beginning; thence South 00° 00' 00" East, 340.60 feet; thence North <br /> 89° 55' 47" West, 280.58 feet; thence North 02° 00' 00" West, 292.72 feet to a point <br /> in the centerline of STH 19, said point also being the point of curvature of a curve <br /> to the right having a central angle of 03° 29' 06" and a radius of 2500.00 feet; <br /> thence Northeasterly, 152.06 feet along the arc of the curve to a point in the North <br /> line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, said arc also being the centerline of STH 19, the long <br /> chord of which bears North 71° 38' 23" East, 152.04 feet; thence South 89° 55' 47" <br /> East, 146.50 feet alongthe North line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded.
