PETITION NO 3 3 73 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF Dane, Springfield TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Iv Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 3A____' , Town of Dane, Sprin field , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 'Exclusive Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. • Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 - Section 33 Town of Dane and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 4 - Town of Springfield described as follows: At Commencing at the S 1/4 corner Section 33 Town of Dane; thence N O1° 15' E 325.19 feet; thence S 85° 49 ' W 400 feet to the point of beginning; continuing S 85° 49' W 1156.98 feet more or less to centerline Lodi-Springfield Road; thence on a curve concave to the East with a chord bearing S 21° 55' East 245.46 feet; thence on a curve concave to the East with a chord bearing S 28° 44' East 258.75 feet; thence North 01° 19' East 228.38 feet; thence N 89° 22' East 926.18 feet more or less, N 01° 15' East 300.41 feet to the point of beginning.
