• i • 4 • PETITION NO. � 1'7 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF BLUE MOUNDS TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 24 , Town of Blue Mounds , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-i Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-3 Rural Homes District. Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 & NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Blue Mounds de- scribed as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2657, recorded in Volume 10, Page 286 Dane County Register of Deeds Office, which is also the point of beginning; thence N 72° 21' 10" E, 177 feet more or less; thence S 85° 27' 07" E, 200 feet more or less; thence N 15° W, 550 feet more or less; thence N 30" E, 400 feet more or less; thence S 67° W, 700 feet more or less; thence N 20° W, 400 feet more or less; thence S 50° W, 350 feet more or less to the center of Sand Rock Road; thence S 40" E along the center line of said road, 1050 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
